- Borrow up to 20 items for a three week period
- Have up to five reservations at any one time
- Items can be renewed
Non-Resident Membership
- Borrow up to four items for a three week period
- Have up to four reservations at any one time
- Unable to renew items
Please note that eBooks and eAudiobooks only have a two week loan period.
Renewals
Loan items can be renewed twice to extend the due date period, provided the item is not on reserve for another member. You can do this in person at the library, over the phone or online.
How do I renew my loaned item online?
- Go to the online library catalogue
- Click on My Account
- Login with your library card barcode. The barcode is located on the back of your card and starts with "W"
- Click on Loans
- Check the box next to the item that you wish to renew
- Click the renew loans button
- A message will appear to inform you of your successful renewal
If the process is unsucessful, please contact the library for assistance. Reasons for unsuccessful renewals may be:
- too many renewals;
- item is on reserve for another borrower; or
- the item has been recalled.
