Visual Arts Project

"Being Me" - Creating a Visual Art Montage Collaboratively is a visual arts project facilitated by Pam Finlay at the Bowen Library on 18 and 25 August 2021.  The project consists of 2 workshops in which participants will create a series of 4 canvases. We will experiment with art techniques which will include painting, drawing, cutting and collage. Participants will be learning contemporary paint techniques to create an original visual art montage.

Each 3 hour workshop will enable you to express your creativity through mentorship with a professional artist. It will provide an opportunity for you to work collaboratively and individually on an artistic project. Participants will be encouraged to be innovative and will be inspired to create visual art works which will later be displayed at Bowen Library for all of the community to enjoy.  Light refreshments will be provided.  The workshop is limited to 8 participants so contact Bowen Library on 4761 3670 to secure your place!
