Chair Yoga - Cannonvale Library
A certified yoga teacher will guide you through the basics of chair yoga: gentle stretches seated in a chair and also standing postures.

During the workshop, we will highlight the importance of gentle exercise for well-rounded health and well-being. We will address how to align the breath with movement. Like other forms of exercise, seated yoga may also help improve mood, your confidence and relieve anxiety and depression. This is especially relevant in light of the modern environment where people benefit from tools to help them manage change.
