Together We Read Campaign

On 22 August 2024, Whitsunday Regional Libraries joins hundreds of public libraries and thousands of readers across Australia in offering the latest Together We Read digital book club selection.

From 22 August to 5 September, Library Name users can enjoy Sarah Bailey’s gripping, white-knuckle thriller Body of Lies for free as an ebook and audiobook just by downloading the Libby app. Together We Read is completely free and is facilitated by OverDrive, creator of the award-winning Libby app and a leading digital reading platform in Australia for ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and newspapers.

In Body of Lies, our favourite Detective Gemma Woodstock is back. A car crash victim clings to life and is rushed to hospital but can't be saved. Hours later, her corpse is stolen from the morgue.
