Bowen Library Temporary Closure

The Bowen library will be temporarily closed for maintenance from Monday 8 July – Tuesday 20 August 2024.
During this time, basic library services and resources will be relocated to the training room in the Council Customer Service Centre located next to the library on Herbert St. Services will include:
- Smaller collection of resources (books, magazines and DVDs)
- Loans and returns
- Collections and reservations
- Access to WRC Public WIFI
- 3 public computers (booking timeslots reduced from 1 hour to 30 mins).
First 5 Forever sessions including Storytime, Baby Bounce and Little Library Play will be held in the Town Square (weather permitting).
Please Note, the Library’s after hours returns service will not be available during the closure.
